Prices are in Australian dollars. Postage and handling charges are added when you finalise your order through Paypal. The cost of postage and handling is based on the total of your order as outlined in the table below.
Some items such as postcards and notebooks have lower postage. To check postage rates on any item, just add it to your shopping cart and you'll see the calculated postage.
Surely Postage Can't be THAT Much?
If you're buying lighter items such as luggage tages, notebooks or postcards, the postage you're charged may be too much. The shopping cart doesn't have much flexbility in calculating postage rates and they can vary dramatically depending on whether the parcel is being sent locally or to rural Western Australia. If the postage you're charged is over the actual cost plus packaging and handling costs, be assurred that I will refund you the extra via Paypal. I will send you an email to let you know if this has happened.
Sometimes, postage will actually cost more than you have paid. If this occurs, I cover the extra cost.
Delivery
Items are usually sent by regular post and we cannot be held responsible for any delays or losses by Australia Post. If you wish to pay for overnight courier, registered or express post, please email your request prior to placing your order. We will contact you to provide a quote for your choice of delivery.
Charges quoted are for delivery in Australia only. We are happy to post worldwide, but postage costs will be higher. Please email me so I can provide you with a quote for postage overseas.
When Will My Goodies Arrive?
Items are sent within two working days of receiving your payment (usually quicker!). Arrival times will depend on your location.
Do you have a Shop Somewhere? Can I Pick Up My Items?
There isn't a shop you can visit, however, I do have a stall at markets in Sydney every few weeks. These dates are advertised in advance on the home page of this website. You can also pick up your order from Artamon in Sydney to avoid postage and handling charges. If you'd like to arrange this, please send an email with your order. We'll then work out a suitable pickup time and you can pay via Paypal or by cash on pick up.
