 : My French Experience
I love France! The people, the language, the gorgeous country villages, the magic of Paris. In 2008, I "almost" bought a house in a delightful French village, but the day before settlement, things went astray and the sale didn't proceed.
With over 25 years experience in the marketing, events and the entertainment industry, including winning a number of national awards for excellence in marketing, it was just a matter of time before these skills were focused on my love of France. And so, French Affair was born and continues to evolve.
In July 2009, I created the first French Affair Expo to celebrate the French experience in Brisbane. After it's phenomenal success, I joined with the French community to create the Brisbane French Festival. With the help of an amazing committee, we have created the largest French festival in Australia - attracting around 50,000 people in 2010 and again in 2011. Even though I have now moved to Sydney, I'm still on the organising committee and we're working on an exciting event for 2012. Hope to see you there.
I've also written an ebook, "How To Learn French Fast" to help you fast track your French language skills. And I regularly travel to France to source a superb range of French designed and French inspired products to share with you in the online shop. I hope you enjoy your French experience ..
