When you buy from French Affair, you help change lives ..

Every time you make a purchase from the French Affair online shop, we contribute a percentge to Kiva to provide micro-finance to someone in need in an under-developed French speaking country.

What is Kiva?

Kiva is a non-profit organization with a mission to connect people through lending to alleviate poverty.

Kiva envision a world where all people, even in the most remote areas of the globe, hold the power to create opportunity for themselves and others. They believe providing safe, affordable access to capital to those in need helps people create better lives for themselves and their families Kiva works with microfinance institutions to provide loans to people without access to traditional banking systems.

This allows low-income individuals and communities to lift themselves out of poverty by giving them access to financial services. Learn more or become a Kiva lender yourself by clicking here

Who have we helped so far?
