Lauris Ecru Rectangle Authentic French Tablecloth
Some tables make you want to sit down and stay a while. The Lauris Ecru rectangular French tablecloth brings lavender and olive sprigs to everyday meals, with a patterned border that frames the setting.
Spread it over the kitchen table for coffee and a catch up, or set the dining table for Sunday lunch. Add your favourite plates, something delicious to share and people whose company you enjoy. There’s no need to save it for guests. Breakfast for two deserves a lovely table too.
If you’ve fallen for the charm of Provence, Lauris Ecru brings a little of that feeling home. Made in France from 100% cotton, it’s a tablecloth to enjoy using, with a natural drape that softens the setting.
For meals where a spill is almost inevitable, the stain resistant finish makes clearing up easier. Most everyday spills wipe away with a damp cloth, and it’s also machine washable when it needs freshening up. Less fuss over the table. More time enjoying who’s around it.

You might like to know
Does the coated tablecloth feel stiff?
The cotton fabric still drapes naturally over the edges of your table. Its acrylic coating adds a light sheen, rather than the stiff appearance you might associate with a plastic tablecloth.
Will spills wipe away whichever fabric I choose?
Only the Stain Resistant Coating option has the protective finish that lets most everyday spills wipe away. Choose that fabric option if easy cleanup is your priority.
How much overhang should I allow?
It comes down to the look you like and how your table is used. To work out the overhang, subtract your table measurement from the tablecloth measurement, then divide by two. Do this for the length and width.
For example, the 200 × 150 cm tablecloth on a 160 × 90 cm table gives a 20 cm overhang at each end and 30 cm along each side. The Size Guide tab has more guidance.
Is Lauris Ecru made in France?
Yes, Lauris Ecru is an authentic French tablecloth designed and made in Nice, in the south of France. The family owned business has been creating traditional Provençal tablecloths since 1933.
