When will my order be sent?
IMPORTANT NOTE: I'm moving interstate! The office and stock is packed up and being transported from Sydney to Queensland. I'll then unpack all the stock and set up the new office ready to send orders again.
Feel free to order now, but be aware that orders will be sent from January 20th. Thank you for your understanding.
Here is our usual shipping policy:
The short answer? Your order will normally be sent within one business day.
And here’s the long answer. We know you can’t wait for your order to arrive. As soon as the order comes through, we do a little happy dance and get to work to finalise it for you. If your order is in by lunchtime, we’ll usually race it off to the post office on the same day.
Custom-made orders take a day or two extra to make up, so please allow for this.
For urgent items, remember to choose Express Post at checkout.
Postage
Orders are sent from Maleny in Queensland's Sunshine Coast hinterland by Australia Post.
At checkout, choose Standard Post or pay a little extra for Express Post.
Your tracking number will be emailed to you when it’s finalised. If you don’t receive this, check your junk and spam folders first, then contact us and we’ll email it to you again.
Then it’s up to Australia Post. We can’t be held responsible for any delays or losses by the Australia Post.
