Azur is the colour of a cloudless blue sky, a shimmering gemstone or a crystal clear ocean. The vibrant colour palette of the Nyons Azur tablecloth will brighten up any home.

The Nyons Azur round French tablecloth takes it's name from a village in the Rhone Alpes region of southern France. Nyons is in the heart of olive country and its black olives are considered to be some of the finest in France. So, the olive design is a perfect tribute to this lovely village.

Caring for your cotton tablecloth

Machine wash in cold or warm water.
If you want to iron your tablecloth, use the cotton setting with steam

Caring for your stain-resistant tablecloth

Immediately wipe up any spills with a damp cloth.
Occasionally, you may want to wash your tablecloth. Machine wash in cold or warm water.
Hang on the line to dry. Do not put in the dryer.
If you want, you can iron the cloth on the reverse side. Use the cotton setting with steam.

Ideal Tablecloth Sizes for Round Tables

Measure your table and add the amount of overhang you would like. Remember to add the overhang amount twice to allow for both sides.

For a 140cm diameter table with an overhang of 20cm, the best tablecloth would be 180cm. The ideal overhang is entirely personal preference. Suggested tablecloth sizes below are based on an overhang of between 15cm to 25cm.

What’s the difference between cotton and coated cotton?

The cotton option has a natural, uncoated finish. Choose Stain Resistant Coating if easy cleanup is your priority. Its protective acrylic coating lets most everyday spills wipe away with a damp cloth.

Does the coated tablecloth feel stiff?

The coated cotton still drapes naturally over the edges of your table. The acrylic coating adds a little structure and a light sheen. It’s softer than a plastic tablecloth.

Can I wash the tablecloth?

Absolutely. The cotton and coated cotton options are machine washable. For the coated version, you can wipe away most everyday spills between washes. See the Care Instructions tab for washing guidance.

Is the coated fabric safe for my family?

Yes. The coated fabric is OEKO-TEX® certified, meaning it has passed strict testing for harmful substances.

How much tablecloth overhang should I allow?

Around 15 to 25 cm on each side is a useful guide, but it comes down to the look you like and how your table is used.

Subtract your table’s diameter from the tablecloth’s diameter, then divide by two to see how much overhang you will have all the way around.

For example, a 180 cm round tablecloth on a 140 cm round table gives 20 cm overhang all the way around.
